Much energy in our blue state is directed at reining in bad landlords, from counterproductive rent control proposals to efforts to seal eviction records.
And yes, like there are bad nurses, cops, teachers, and bankers, there are bad landlords.
But when it comes to combating professional deadbeat tenants?
